Guangdong Xintai & Jiangsu Xintai Management Team Building
To further enhance team cohesion and improve cross-regional collaboration efficiency, the management teams of Guangdong Xintai and Jiangsu Xintai conducted a four-day team building exchange activity from October 27th to 30th, 2025.
Activities included:

During the outdoor barbecue team building activity, everyone worked together to barbecue and share food in a lively atmosphere; the team also enjoyed natural scenery, appreciating birdsong and cultural landscapes, strengthening camaraderie in a relaxing environment. Through this team building activity, the management team achieved a clearer understanding in strategic thinking, communication and collaboration, and organizational execution, laying a solid foundation for future R&D upgrades, production collaboration, and market expansion.

From October 27th to 30th, 2025, the management teams of Guangdong Xintai and Jiangsu Xintai gathered for a four-day in-depth exchange and team building trip. This was not only a journey together, but also a close meeting of hearts and a build-up of cross-regional collaborative energy.
To further break down geographical barriers and enhance team cohesion, managers from both locations temporarily set aside their daily duties and participated in a comprehensive activity integrating learning, dialogue, challenges, and leisure. From thematic discussions on team communication and management to in-depth alignment around annual goals; from discussions on cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms to joint challenges in outdoor team building activities—everyone gradually narrowed the distance between them through the collision of ideas and teamwork.
At the barbecue party, charcoal crackled and smoke curled upwards. Managers, usually focused on data and processes, transformed into "barbecue masters," collaborating to start the fire, flip the ingredients, and share the delicious food. Laughter rose with the smoke, and camaraderie blossomed in the relaxed atmosphere.
The following day, the team ventured into nature, strolling amidst the picturesque lakes and mountains. Watching birds soar and forests ablaze with color, away from the office, everyone not only relaxed but also forged deep connections rarely seen elsewhere.
Particularly valuable was the "Cultural Consensus and Corporate Values" sharing session, where managers from different regions and business lines engaged in a sincere and resonant dialogue about Xintai's original aspirations and future. They not only reached a clearer consensus on strategic thinking and execution paths but also built stronger trust and identification on an emotional level.
